The Foundational Assessment is a 90-minute, deep-dive consultation designed to move beyond surface-level symptoms. My goal is to bridge the gap between "standard" lab results and your unique version of optimal wellness.
During our session, we will cover:
1. Your Health Story: A holistic exploration of your medical history, lifestyle, and long-term goals.
2. Clinical Analysis: A thorough review of your intake questionnaires and diagnostic data.
3. Expert Interpretation: A detailed explanation of your biomarkers and their impact on your daily well-being.
4. Personalized Roadmap: You will receive a definitive strategic plan tailored to your specific path toward longevity.
